Introducing "Declaration" in black and white - a fine art photograph with a timeless monochromatic feel.
I took this photo near Headlands Dark Sky Park in northern Michigan, specifically in Heritage Village, and it required meticulous planning and precision. The sight of the Milky Way above the church inspired this image. Witnessing the stars shining brightly over the cross was truly breathtaking.
Using light painting, I illuminated the church in an otherwise pitch-black scene.
While creating this image, the words of Psalm 19:1, "The heavens proclaim the glory of God," echoed in my thoughts. This photograph is my way of reminding us of the incredible beauty that exists in our world.
